I’ve been going to Steak Shake for years with my family. This location in Glenview is my go to destination because we live in Glenview. You can order what you need on the computer inside. They also have an amazing app that gives rewards and points as often as you dine inn. This specific location is always very clean and organized. What Cheri Seffren doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
This place used to be so good, fresh and nice atmosphere. I used to get a side by side shake, I was told they don't have it anymore on their menu. There is No customer service anymore there. Everything is automatic ano customer service. You order from a kiosk, a person calls your number when your order is done, where you have to go pick up.
