Happ's Place - Glenville

We had a wonderful experience at Happ's. The atmosphere was welcoming with a large outdoor fireplace for the colder months and open-air dining with games for warm weather. The live music was fantastic and the food was always excellent. The drinks were well-made and affordable. The service was timely and attentive. Overall, we had a great time dining at Happ's. What User doesn't like about Happ's Place:
unfortunately we never made it made past the front door. so my review is not based on food but on customer service. walked in at 430 and were told they were closed. However, the website says 11-5 lunch and the 5-9 dinner. so why closed at 4:30????? then asked if we needed reservations for dinner. the girl at the front said yes but we have none for you. why are you judging a book by it's cover? she did not even look....
