"I love Indian food, but I am not a fan of ghee and food coloring sometimes used when eating in the British ‘warm houses’. therefore I am always looking for new recipes to cook home, with some of our regular dishes are tandoori lachs, windshield wipers, cocosnuss and yellow nip exfoliating curry, kartoffel and lenses curry, spinat and windshield wiper filo pie, spinat and sliceworm and garnry, curgette and lenses. this generalization does not apply to all restaurants and certainly not to pundits fusion in Upton-Upon-Severn, which boasts “the production of all dishes with fresh crimp and seasoning, never powdering and without artificial coloring or preservatives”. pundits fusion was one of my favorite restaurants that I should go to the opposite more than 10 years ago. Although food is a very personal thing, there are also certain factors that put some restaurants in another league of others. what distinguishes pundits from those who offer a similar type of cooking and kitchen for me is partly up as we are made to feel during each visit. owner, sultan knows how to take care of his customers, he treats all to the same wise and everyone is welcome. although I have always looked over the way to pundits, he had never been. fortunately, we had the chance to confirm that when we found an opportunity to go with some friends. we have booked a table for the 4 of us at 18:30 for the following (Friday) night. herr r and I arrived a little early and were greeted by sultan. he explained that they had a catering event this evening, with 45 covers, for which the kitchen prepared. we got some menus, popadoms / pickles and drinks while we waited for our friends. when they arrived, we agreed to have a starter each, followed by a selection of main dishes for the table to share. I am almost always for the garnel to decide to start in a curry house and to find that they tend to vary very strongly from place to place. what I like about Pundits’ version is that I can identify fresh tomats in a mild, not too spicy sauce. everything is wrapped in a light and fluffy, decorated arm bread. sultan came by to explain that the fishkebabs were made with knife fish, imported from bangladesch, something that we were not familiar before. I also tried a bite of the homemade samosas that were full of taste and deeply filled with a chiseled lamb. we are overriding the main courses, especially as we have not only eaten a starter before, but also swallowed the basket of the popadoms. there was a pretty wait as expected because the kitchen was busy, so we had time to chat and prepare for the hard, that a king prawn dansak, lamb rogan josh, mixed mishty, tandooriter, say windshield wiper, tarka dal, garlic rice with simple and garlic nan brote. it certainly didn't stop us to grab large spoons on our teller in an excellent way and wise on the colossal banquet that was designed for us to enjoy. instead of the saag wearer we got a saag bhajee and an extra mushroom bhajee, sultan also treated us some extra tiger puvnes. placing that brot in front of me was like I left a child in a sweet shop. I don't remember sharing much of it even though our friend who has to have managed to sneak a few past, said that it probably was one of the best nan brote she ever had. she could have a point. the nan had climbed perfectly, but still had these slightly crispy edges, with a soft mitte, and was bestowed with salt and small garlic pieces. amazingly, we actually ate most of the food, but inconspicuously there was no dessert place for dessert. What is it with Indian food that is so appealing and lets her eat long after enough? the feedback of our friends who have often eaten at pundits was excellent, and herr r competing. we could also hear other customers sitting near commenting how well they thought that was eating. one of our friends liked that the kitchen was open so that the cook could be seen as it brings an additional dimension and atmosphere into the already cozy restaurant. after we paid the bill and had chatted a past, sultan entered us again the head to introduce us to a neighbour who lives close to us. it turned out that we already knew him, but he took advantage of the opportunity to tell us that he had also come for years after pundits and how much he loved eating. it is a loan to sultan and his team who have kept the business open since the opening in 1996 through difficult economic climates and survived some of the worst floods that the united kingdom has seen. pundits is more than just a restaurant, it has a vote among the local and wider community. it is still supported by its loyal customers, many of whom have become good friends."

"A wonderful meal today the 7-course Christmas tasting menu, each of them beautifully presented and served with a statement of the ingredients. each court was a work of art visually and each was a fabulous casting experience, with variety and balance. the aromen in turn complemented and surprised the palate. their delicate and subtle were a joy. the service is graciously attentive, but never intrusiw; there is the luxury of time between the well-acted arrival of directed for entertainment and digest! eating is so exquisite, they really want to enjoy their time and enjoy every dish. superb!"
