Ordered a meal for 19:15, finally arrived at 20:05. Called the restaurant at 19:45 and was told ‘it’s on it’s way’ Got a call from the delivery driver and in fairness she did apologise, but when she finally arrived, the food was virtually cold and had made a hell of a mess in the delivery bag.
