Never get my order , things get forgotten, ask for sweet tea, get unsweet tea. Also, not just Braums but the industry in general, so Iguarantee, 90% of people will tell you that 's it constantly asking if that is all, your customer is annoyed before any interaction with your employees, that phrase is not courtesy, it 's basically rushing your customer. Depends on when you go. One night waited 20 mins for our food then the next time got our food quickly. Staffing seems to be an issue, but we will come back.
First time at Braun's . Chili was really good, as were the French fries. Definitely worth the stop!
