"We had a big lunch earlier in the day and therefore were not looking for a large dinner. There were plenty of choices on the menu for lighter fare. The restaurant was quite busy and the large plates of food that went by, looked loaded with calories, but yummy. This is good pub style food."

"On Wednesday we made a family pilgrimage to goderich to try another excellent meal in thyme on 21 December. after 17 years operation close peter and catherine the best restaurant in goderich and most likely at the huron coast. that has been more than a decade in. cheaper place for us, and we are very sorry that it is going to end. We hope that soon someone else will use this magnificent house for a new restaurant with a chef as well as terry. in any case: thanks to catherine, peter, terry, michelle and others. it was good to meet them; they can be more successful in what they put on their hand! for my last meal, I shared a sequence of the crab cakes and one of the excellent goat cheese and spinat souffle, followed by calf liver and wobble, with a caramel sundae for dessert."

"My sister and I meet here for lunch every 6 weeks or so. Staff has always been great! Large portions,lots of choices and food is always good. "Had a terrible experience at the beach road station. I wanted to have a nice dinner with a group of friends. We called five days ahead to see if we could come in and the manager said we were good to come. Quickly before the day we went for our hour and half a ride, we call to make sure we can sit, and they told us we're going well as long as we sit on the terrace. When we get there, the host immediately denies that there was no room. Then they left two groups of 5 after we got away. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Wouldn't recommend."
