every time I go there, I get good service. I often see that customers even tho them run around to work their a off, I feel bad ... the girls who work there look sooo good sometimes I go there on purpose when you know what I mean (I'm divorced, no worries) anyway, overall big dunks!!!! This restaurant is terrible, no matter who is in charge. I've noticed three different managers come and go, but they still can't get my order right. For the past three weeks, I have ordered a signature salted caramel latte, but each time I receive a regular latte with full milk or ice cream and no caramel or whipped cream. always manages to screw my order almost every time without mistake
They mess up my order 50% time and alot of the time it tastes burnt
It takes 5 minutes at 6am for one of the three people working every morning at this restaurant. I am about to stop coming here because they make you wait longer...
