We finally tried Ray Street Pizza on Main. Admittedly, we always have a hankering for it on Sunday and Monday when they are closed but that is also our downtime so I get it. But finally, we made it and our food was perfectly prepared. Our food was even ready before the quoted time. The pizza was perfect with a light sauce and a perfect crisp in every bite. When they were in the mill i worked at they had a killer pie. Ordered about 5x when they were in Jefferson Mill. Now after driving out to Goffstown thinking i would be getting the same previous pies. Far from all young kids #1. #2 the pie was overcooked (not well done) with about 3 spoonfuls of cheese on it. Far cry from back in the mill. Pizza is ALL about consistency.
