Out of all the places in Sac where I've had something similar, nothing hits as close as this place for their authentic and flavorful dishes. "Look for a large painted green leaf logo on Auburn Blvd My first time at Tea It... the location is just a little bit outside the Roseville city limit and is actually in Citrus Heights. We dropped by on the way home from an outdoor event and we wanted a refresher drink. What's on the menu? Milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies and slushies. You can add toppings of your choice and adjust the sweetness and ice levels. I ordered the Strawberry/Banana Smoothie w/ boba. Hubby got the Avocado Smoothie. They mentioned that the drink was not made from real avocado and was artificially flavored. He appreciated that they let him know. He ordered it anyway. LoL! I didn't enjoy my drink that much... it was okay. The Gunther's ice cream looked good... should've gotten a scoop. Next time. The shop was pretty with a wall mural of a tree and there is a section for your iG photos. The drinks were served in a festive Halloween cup. The location was formerly occupied by a sandwich restaurant. Pleasant first time with good service. Review #2746"

"I just moved to this area recently from SoCal and I was craving a good bowl of pho. I hadn't eaten it since before I moved, so I was desperate to find a good spot nearby. I researched a couple of places and this one stood out a bit based on previous reviews, so I had to try it. Right when I walked up, I could tell the broth was good, the aroma just draws you to the entrance! I ordered the chicken pho pictured below. It had some different toppings than what I have been used to as they added some baby bak choy and some cuts of chives. I think it went perfectly, though. The broth was flavorful and yet still light. There's only one portion size available for the chicken and that's a Large. Honestly, that size was perfect considering how much chicken you get. They also have a wide variety of sauces on the table. The servers and owner are very friendly and being that this was my first time in, it was very welcoming. They constantly checked up on me and made sure my meal was okay even with it getting busy. The interior is also well kept and tables are nice and clean. I think overall, this place is a nice spot for some tasty pho and I will definitely be returning."

"Walked in to this place only for the spam masubi. Small spot but well worth it. The Masubi was how it's supposed to be, simple and delicious. Wasn't a huge fan of paying $7 for lemonade with a twist, but the purple rain with strawberry poppers was delicious."
