hands down the best Indian food on the coast (or everywhere in queensland). everything on the menu is worth trying and it could be a few return visits to try a bit of everything. especially the Mughlai chicken is a favorite, and the garlic nuts are amazing. great staff and service, beautiful owners, cheap prices, generous help and an excellent atmosphere. I have been dining at this restaurant regularly for the past year and the food has been average. However, during my last visit, the butter chicken was the best I have ever had. The rice was light and fluffy, and when I asked for it to be hot, it was indeed hot. However, I recently revisited the restaurant on 10/7/2010 and it seems like it may have changed ownership.
