The reason I've given Cicada a rating of 3/5 stars is due to the varied quality of food I have received in my 4-5 visits.

"Easily one of my fave places to go for brunch and dinner. I've been having their tacos lately and the pork tacos are to die for. And they come with a lettuce alternative if you don't want a tortilla! Their fish and chips are also delicious and have some of the nicest batter I've had. The staff are lovely, the food is fantastic. Looking forward to returning soon."
