Went here on Sunday 12/12/17 . Front of house staff warm and friendly , this is where it stopped for me. Ordered salmon and scrambled egg panini... this came on a white bread roll, when I opened it ( lucky I did) to put lemon on the salmon I found what looked and felt like blue glass.
