There are at least three Thai restaurants lining the Gold Coast Highway on the way from Surfers into Broadbeach but Chiangmai is the most appealing.
Had dinner here on a relatively quiet Sunday evening in the Gold Coast.
I love this restaurant great service the food is heaven! This is one of my fav restaurants great value!!!!

"The restaurant was very busy even it was Wednesday. Booking is recommended. We ordered Thai Fried Rice, Tom Yum Noodles and a fresh coconut. All were very tasty. I chose ‘hot’ for the noodles and it came out real spicy! I loved it! Furthermore, a fresh coconut is rarely found in Australia. I was glad to taste it here."

"Firstly, do yourself a favour and order a Mexican Burrito. Literally the best I have eaten, have ordered this a few times now. Great atmosphere and vibe. Coffee is great too. Well done guys."

"We come here almost every week to eat as we love the food. But when we went to get take away the server at the counter refused to give us a take away container which has never happened to us before with the other server that we normally see. My son had his own separate wings that weren’t eaten as he wasn’t feeling hungry. The lady was very frustrated with us asking for a container and wanted to make sure she packed our food instead of us doing it. she chucked out the small piece of rice and chips my son had on his plate along with a small piece of chicken just to make sure we only took my sons wings home which was the Chinese burbon. My husband got all you can eat wings and I got the 16 pieces with rice and chips on the sides I shared my chips and rice with my son. I had one piece left but she refused for us to take that one piece left over I’m assuming because she thought it was from my husbands meal. If the chefs weren’t such nice people I would have told my husband to ask for more wings and leave it there to go to waste. But we left. Every time I see that lady she is just negative and not a pleasant person to be around. I’m not sure if it’s a racial profile issue because I am Polynesian but it was very unnecessary and unfortunate. I will be coming back but I will also confront this if it happens again. I am giving 1 star because of the server."

"Have been meaning to stop in on my way to work, but building and parking hassle has stopped me. Finally stopped last week to try these bagels I had heard do much about. Is definitely worth the hassle !!! $8 bagel and coffee deal my choice on the day. Jalapeño and onion bagel with cream cheese. I was offered jam or Tabasco additions but declined. WOW... I had stepped back to New York, the bagel was toasted just right and warmed right through, the bagel soft, fresh, tasty and stuffed with cream cheese. Service fast, attentive. Coffee exact to my specific order. You 've won a new customer for her weekly bagel splurge!"
