"I wanted to give 5 star but entree has brought down one star! Overall it was very good but i even tasted other entree’s and was not 5 star! However main course was very good! Service is also 5 star! For entree i had morton bay bug tortellini but meat was put through blender and not enough texture… sauce has too much lemon flavor and overpowered. Lamb was amazing!"

"Wish I could give more stars to this place. It is very hard to find a restaurant on the GC that has tasty fresh food -you will not find frozen rubbish here- at an affordable price. Chevron Island Seafoods ticks all the boxes. Simply fantastic. Bumped into it by accident, definitely staying as a regular. I cannot recommend it enough; don't go anywhere else."

"Art of Pizza, friendly staff, incredible chef excellent vegan pizza on demand! The chef made me a special vegan pizza and as they didn’t have dairy free cheese, he made up a spinach and garlic sautée to replace the cheese and that was actually...way better than a normal vegan pizza with dairy free cheese trust me! It was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! * 5 STARS * Pizza for sure!"

"We have been to this restaurant a few times and it is now our go to for quality Japanese food in a casual setting. It is literally a hole in the wall which you would likely miss if you didn't know it was there and...is essentially a courtyard built in with some temporary walls and ceiling. However, the service is always friendly and the atmosphere generally great. We love the hot grill at the table to cook your own and the steak selection is awesome great quality meat. The sashimi is good but not great. The scallop volcano is quite decadent in the sauce it comes with but delicious"

"This restaurant was tucked away and when we arrived we were a little taken back at how old school it looked. However looks can be deceiving and the actual food was delicious. We ordered a large chefs selection sashimi, set A sushi platter, chicken curry with rice and chicken katsu Don. These dishes came with miso soup, cucumbers/pickles and a salad. We also ordered three cans of aloe vera. The whole price of the meal and drinks was $85 which is incredibly cheap for what you get. We received a whole variety of fresh sashimi including scallops which was unique. Our set A sushi had all kinds of fresh seafood and is also worth trying. Overall generous and mouth watering dishes- especially the sashimi and set A sushi. <br/ <br/ Customer service is a little lacking but the food and prices made up for it."

"Alfred's diner in mermaid beach has Great Burritos!!! I highly recommend the falafel one on the lunch menu as It tastes so so good!!! Its pretty cheap to eat there and has a great little put foot eating area! Must give it a try if you haven't already!"
