What User likes about The Whistle Stop Outpost:
This is the office for the Golden Municipal campground. You can pretty much buy anything you forgot for camping in this store! As well as ice cream or other treats.The one thing that I would complain about though is the bags of ICE, they are half the size of a bag of ice anywhere else and as of this writing (Sept 2014), they are $4 per bag!Other than that, everything else is pretty good. Came here for lunch on a road trip because we liked the nameIt is well worth it.
Healthy fresh and just awesome. No seating but there is one picnic table down the street.
