Went to Chili's for dinner. I hadn't been there in a while. It used to be our favorite place to go but had gone downhill over the last few years. I was very pleasantly surprised as everything was way better this time around. The manager, Dana, was amazing. She took great care of me and later my wife when she showed up a bit later. What Tonya Bullock doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Ordered to go. Told would be 15 min. 30 min later had just started on part of my order. Finally said just give me everything else refund that and when checking order they left something else out. Bathroom smelled of pot. Server was nice. Mgmt could have cared less. Won't be back. View all feedback.
Server was great,but the 2 hours we waited for a couple simple orders was uncalled for. Including us 6 people in the entire restaurant
Worst excuse for Fajitas I've ever had.
