"Ordered on line while at ucsb soccer game. arrived just before 9pm closing time. door was locked but employee was sweeping so opened door. food was waiting but they had no more eggplant and didn't call to inform us (order placed 7:45) and kitchen closed so we were short on food. employee acted as she was doing us a favor to open door and pickup the order. at least we got a refund which took a few days. just poor customer service from an indifferent business."

"I got the galaxy double roasted with extra cream cheese and tomato, a cinnamon glaze with blueberry cream cheese and an onion bagel with bacon, egg and cream cheese. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend."

"This is an awesome place. An amazing store. Awesome people. And their bowls; THE BEST. I love how fresh everything tastes, and the Acai at the bottom. My only complaint is in the price. 10 dollars for a small bowl is expensive, but it is a meal, so I'll take it. I understand that all of the ingredients have to be fresh in the bowl(That is why it tastes SO DANG GOOD) But I wish that there was somehow a cheaper alternative. I support their choice to have high prices, though if the employees are treated well and the bowls are high quality."

"I have to work a lot and used to order here regularly. The reason why I order food is because I am working long shifts. They forgot my fries, I already paid for it. I called them and they suggested me to call the manager the next morning, which is just to much effort for $3.5. Told me then, I should come by and get a refund or get my fries, was not friendly and hung up the phone abruptly. I cannot recommend this place."

"Love the flat bread!! The burgers are a bit small but very tasty and the flat bread pizza is a smidge larger than the average personal size. Service is not a thing here, they take your order and that's it. Plenty of outdoor tables and their own parking lot with a dozen or so spots. Plenty of TVs and we don't have to worry about the kids being too loud here."
