the rib eye steak is fantastic, the sweet forgettable, the first courses interesting (excellent spinat salat,) the personal eager to help but still learn, and the atmosphere excellent. this is the most elegant restaurant selection in Coco/Playa Hermosa/Playa panama, at least until abbocato reopens. My husband had the black burger, and he liked it (even if the bacon was undercooked); the beef was delicious. I ordered the tuna and thought it was grilled for the main course, but I didn't watch it was just a larger part of the appetizer. There were three reels of thin tuna wrapped around guacamole, sitting in a large puddle of very salty soy sauce. Underwhelming. What I really wanted was a big fresh salad, but I'm...
