pizza was hot, very crispy and very good. in the fall of the brain salad was unfortunately missing wimpern and eisbergsalat. fast delivery and beautiful healing

very good as always....and delivered very fast

despite the opening ordered within minutes delivered super beautiful cure service, always very friendly, friendly and happy again

delivery over too late and unfriendly supplier. Eating was not convincing.

"We were a group of 13 Persons. The atmosphere was absolutely brilliant. Nice background Music. Service top and the Food were magnificent, delicious and left not even one wish open. I can only say, good job guys. I'll be back soon. it left a great impression on me. Our group members were all delightful and happy about the place. i cal only recommend it to anyone who enjoy good Food in a pleasant Restaurant. Two thumbs up!"

"Wir waren vor längerer Zeit im Löwen. Vor allem Familienfeste werden da gefeiert. In der Wildsaison ist der Löwen besonders zu empfehlen. Den Wildhasen gibt es wirklich nirgends so lecker wie im Löwen. Der Jus passt perfekt, er überdeckt nicht das Gericht, sondern unterstützt es. Wirklich wunderbar. Die klassischen Beilagen sind super. Speziell die Spätzli sind der Kracher. Ich liebe es leicht salzig. Gratulation zu so einer einfachen aber umso besseren Küche. Ich meine es also als Kompliment wenn ich sage. Das schmeckt wie bei Grossmutter"

"Once a year my former boss organizes a get together with his former direct reports. I was able to make it this year so I traveled from France to Olten. We met at some bar before we headed to Restaurant Salmen for an amazing dinner....Despite being Swiss, I gotten used to French prices so I found it very expensive but at the same time, I believe that it is for a Swiss restaurant of such quality a price that is ok. Given the quality of the food, it was more than worth it. I went for the set menu which included the starter, 2 main courses and a dessert for CHF 87.00. The salad with bacon and croutons was fantastic, the fish was moist but at the same time, cooked to perfection. The Swiss prime fillet was outstanding and cooked the way I wanted it. In Switzerland you do not need to be ashamed when you want it well-done (in France they look at you as if you were going to kill the cow again... . So a fantastic dinner, with great friends, in a great restaurant with very friendly and efficient service."
