This is a great hole in the wall joint. The service was excellent. The chicken fried steak is one of the top 5 I've had. The fried mushrooms were fantastic. I did not really care for the mashed potatoes as they tasted like baked potatoes. Yes, you can taste the difference. Perhaps add more cream. Bad service by waitresses. Owner doesn’t care, wont respond to phone calls regarding complaints. Definitely not the restaurant the previous owners ran. Fyi if you have children or teens don’t dine in or have drinks past 8:00 or you will be mistreated the way we were Saturday night.
