This restaurant review discusses the incompetence of the staff. If requested to move to a designated spot for order delivery, they refuse. This may result in a lengthy 25-minute wait before having to go inside to get someone's attention to place an order. I like some items at McDonald's. They generally have good food, but the customer service can be inconsistent. It's never bad, but not always great.
