Good space, very convenient location for me, nice employees. I want to support this business. But they don't ever serve medium or dark roast coffee. They only serve light roasts apparently due to a philosophy of preserving integrity of the farmers and beans and such, or so I was told when I asked. Highfalutin is the perfect name.
