Stood at the counter for minutes without being acknowledged. Employees expect you to use the automated payment screen for ordering. Decided to go to the deivethru and had a 15 minute wait. Very understaffed by long the longest ordering experience I've had at any dunkin
Not only did I wait at least 20 minutes but they completely messed up an extremely simple order... take the time to drive 10 minutes north and go to dunkin in Berlin.
ALWAYS MAKE THE BEST FROZEN COFFEE WITH EXTRA MOCH, YUMMY ?
