"Very good service. would go back there. update: regular eating was good, but people went down this morning to get tocuits gravy and it wasn't the normal biscuits gravy they find. it was 2 cut cookies with large hunks of mild Italian sausage value. I couldn't eat mine. just not what I would call breakfast. I have written this review to alert everyone to their order. that takes a star away."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights since I saw that it was close to some good hiking spots in the White Mountains. While the hotel itself is lovely, I had a bad experience as a single person dining at the Ledges Restaurant. For those who aren’t familiar, there is a massive window that overlooks the mountains in the dining area. I made a reservation for 5:45 on a Wednesday evening, and the hostess sat me further away from the window. I noticed there were several tables open next to it, so I asked the waitress if I could move. She checked with the hostess and then told me that they couldn’t move me because the reservations were all laid out. However, I also had a reservation, and all of the tables were four-tops, the same size as the one I was sitting at. I wasn’t asked in advance where I wanted to sit, so it seemed peculiar that some tables were already assigned. When I left, there were still three open tables by the window. I felt frustrated because it seemed to me that they didn’t want to seat me there since I was dining alone. I returned to the restaurant the next morning and asked to speak to the manager, who wasn’t available. I told the hostess at the time what happened and she agreed that it was likely due to me being alone. I don’t appreciate being treated differently due to the fact that I was by myself, which it seems was the case here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone traveling alone. Side note — there are no microwaves/dishes in the room so you either have to eat at the restaurant or leave the hotel."

"Love this place! What a nice surprise. All around North Conway was on a 1+hr wait and we found this place on line. So happy we did…Staff is great and the food was excellent. We are definitely going back."

"Great to see it open again. This is a prototypical small town, day only gathering spot with good food, friendly service and comfy atmosphere. My first choice wasn't available, something the server didn't know up front, but the spinach Benedict came out loaded with fresh raw spinach and deliciously simple, hot home fries. My partner's breakfast was equally good, both plates had way more than enough food, but certainly good enough so we both finished it all. Be aware of the 3+ percent surcharge on credit and debit transactions, but it is not the restaurant that gets it, it's the processor. Still"
