My wife and I had lunch here on a rainy day in mid-June. The Hut is warm and inviting and the staff and guests were all friendly. It is mostly frequented by locals or Austrians on a hiking day or trip. We got there via the gondola but others had obviously been hiking in the hills. House is located on the slope Donnerkogel. Its the highest place to ski in Gosau. If you are thirsty its a nice place to go for a drink. It has nice sunny terrace. We did not try any meal there, we use Sonnenalm for eating. read more.
