great place. very attentive. everything was gluten-free, except for some of the burger rolls, the mac 'n cheese and the brownie they all said they were working on alternatives for. we shared the jallie poppers, platter for 2 and smoked mousse with cocktails that were all spectacular. the personal was super nice and attentive. will be back. "I had lunch here today and ordered a cheeseburger (which comes with sauce) with a side of sauce for my fries. When ordering I asked what sauce I could have and the bar staff/waiter was sarcastic and rude. He didn’t want to offer me the sauces they had and made the conversation difficult and uncomfortable. I had to ask again what sauces they had and finally got a response. When I got my burger I didn’t get any sauce. When I asked for it, he was annoyed and blamed me saying he thought it was for the burger. It’s $4 for sauce, which is a joke, and the burger already has sauce? The chef was great and was helpful and friendly to us from the time we walked in. I only come in for lunch and every time the experience is let down by the same team member who is sarcastic and has zero interpersonal skills. Considering there were only 5 people in the restaurant for lunch and there are few options in Gosford CBD, he should be trying harder to retain customers"

"On a 40 degree day we stopped here for lunch, yes it was hot inside, but the food and staff were great. It gave us a much needed reprieve from the traffic on the motorway, we would definitely stop again when heading north from Sydney."
