Varieties and combinations that one could not have imagined with a simple dosa as a base... Creativity never had limits afterall... Each version is unique in itself with hefty toppings and fillings... Watching the guys making dosa in their open show kitchen, you realise this is nothing less than an art...Ambience is simple basics... This is an older establishment that offers a variety of canned drinks. You order and retrieve your items yourself, and there is seating available. While it may not be a fancy location, it offers good value for the price.
Pai Dosa offers a selection of 36 different dosas on their menu. I have sampled nearly 20 of these varieties and have been impressed with each one. In addition to traditional dosas, they also serve 18 unique types of eidoses made with options such as chicken eggs, duck eggs, and watchdogs. Their menu also includes vegetable masala dosas and other delicious options. Located in the heart of Cochin city, this restaurant comes highly recommended for any dosa enthusiast.

The place serve many varieties of dosa. Their combination with egg , cheese , beetroot etc are really amazing and also delicious. Also have branches at edappally .
