"Managers exceeded expectations! I brought the son of my friend here to experience an American steak house in rural style as he had just arrived from India to visit the flight school. My experience in Texas Roadhouse (inning an Kendall and Tennessee sites) was always great. However, this time around the experience was a bit different, we both asked for a medium-legged prime rib and half a rib with 2 pages. My steak was perfect as usual, but I didn't know that my friend's son had a well-deserved steak instead of medium. The sweetest thing was that he didn't even mention respect. Maybe he was halfway through the steak when I noticed that the kitchen was blurred. I thought I'd take it to the waitress's attention when I definitely left him. The waitress immediately came to the manager who wanted to do the wrong through the offer to make a new one. At this point, he was pretty finished, he didn't want a new one. The manager didn't blame us for his steak. This bad experience has been turned into an excellent customer service experience. We will definitely return. Will an eye too soon for the act.
