"Genuine food, cooked as it should be. A menu full of specialties from the German kitchen. They do serve vegan food — looks tasty, but we didn’t try it. We were there for the Eisbein. This dish is served exactly as it should be, with...Sauerkraut, pea mash and mustard. Friendly staff, custodians of the heritage of four generations as a family restaurant! Well worth the less than 15 minutes walk from Kröpeliner pedestrian street. If you don’t walk, it is just a few minutes from Doberaner Platz where many trams stop. It is probably smart to book a table, at least in weekends. Also check opening hours, closed Mondays for example."

"Ambience super, Christmas decoration beautiful. The food was okay, but I ate it better. Pig nedaillons in the Spekmantel, which can be crispy and the pork melodies were very tweet and delicious... roasted potatoes and delicious vegetables were delicious.
