"The strawberry shortcake Sundae is good, but the entire CHUNK of shortcake was surprisingly unexpected. Fries are great, chicken was good but the oil needed changed. Kid taking orders was super polite! This was our first time here, and we'll come back next season!"

"Before explaining, the two stars are for management, not the front of house staff. Visited this location on 9/10/22 for dinner. No qualms about the food burgers were great. Kitchen staff, however, was slammed. And management was absolutely no help. While the title of the restaurant is Five Guys, it looked like there were only three guys working. It appeared as if the lobby employee walked out before the end of his shift. After this happened, kitchen staff was notably (and understandably) stressed. Having worked in food service before, management is usually expected to help out their staff in the middle of rush and/or trying times. During the middle of a rush, a few employees were even pulled off the line to go talk to management in the back. I felt bad for the kitchen staff they were trying their best. Our order got lost in the shuffle along with others'. Burgers were tasty ... just had to wait about 45 minutes for them. I hope management can learn how to support their employees better."
