although the name of the restaurant is entrecôte, it actually sells faux fillet as a menu item. in the evening it opens around 19 o'clock, but there is already a long line before it opens. there are many tables inside, so if they have luck, they can get in when the door opens, otherwise they have to wait a long time. the dishes were good as in lyon and toulouse. we enjoyed a lot of steak with their special sauce and fries. the witness was friendly and helpful.
with so many culinary possibilities in bordeaux, why the locals eat for hours in L’Entrecote? only a menu, but delicious beaf and fritted as my man likes it.
