Our favorite spot in Graeagle! We visit every weekend and could eat ice cream for every meal if we could! Our cooler is always stocked with hand-packed Huckleberry ice cream thanks to Lyndi and her friendly staff. The Moose Tracks, Espresso Explosion, and Caramel Caribou are also delicious! The quality of this amazing ice cream is worth the cost. Calories don't matter when you're on vacation. View all feedback.

We were greeted by the new owner, Will! The restaurant is opening in April. Will kindly allowed us to sample the ice cream before the official opening. We wish you good luck, Will. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely be back.
Today is Mother's Day and we were excited to visit Buckaroo for some ice cream. It was a pleasure to catch up with the new owner, who we discovered Mike knew from their time working together at Route Sale in Chico many years ago. We were happy to find that the ice cream and chocolate were still delicious, and we were pleased to learn that they now close at 7:00. Thank you and best of luck with your new business venture!
I recommend trying the chocolate shake with a shot of espresso. It was really delicious! The staff were also very nice.
How can you be the best neighbor? By bringing me a box of truffles from Buckaroo Chocolates, that's how!! My neighbors had to leave town for a few days, causing chaos in our limited parking area. I made sure their vehicles and home were safe while they were away. In return, they brought me back some goodies from their trip, including hand-dipped truffles which were my favorite. These truffles were larger than most, with a creamy, smooth, and rich inside. They had a rustic charm to them. I can't help but secretly hope for chaos the next time my neighbors visit Graeagle so I can enjoy these truffles again.
