"Das Gasthaus Treiber hat eine Tankstelle, super. Das Gasthaus Treiber hat ein Taxiunternehmen, schnell. Der Treiber hat auch eine Waschstraße, sauber. Und der Treiber hat auch ein Gasthaus, perfekt. Wir, meine Frau und ich fahren sicher jedes Jahr mindestens einmal mit Freunden zum Treiber und lassen uns treiben. Anfangs zum Eingewöhnen einen Schilcher oder ein Bierchen. Dazu eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen, leider gibt´s keine Brettljausen auf der Karte, aber macht nix, Gulaschsuppe passt ja eh zum Bierchen. Danach gibt es eine Pause mit einem Spaziergang in die Unterkunft. Aber, aber danach geht es auf zum Nachtmahl und das ist wirklich toll. Das schöne dabei ist auch, es darf geraucht werden, ja das gibt es auch beim Treiber. Freu mich schön auf den nächsten Besuch beim Treiber."

"This is a very interesting restaurant. Hosted in a traditional Austrian Farmhouse it has been renovated and decorated to become a restaurant for haute cuisine . Indeed this restaurant serves very delicious food and it ranks amongst the best in Austria (and not only in Krumbach)....We had a few glitches with the service (nothing dramatic though) but apart from that we will certainly like to return and try again !"

"Situated at the top of the lift car park, the restaurant has a lovely view. The food is good, albeit very meat based. The evening we were there it was mainly burgers. No complaints there, the service is good, I would just complain that there was no tabasco or other chilli sauce available. Watch out for the huge cat :-)"
