this location is pretty bad, honestly. i ordered a frappe last week and it was completely melted, just caramel flavored milk, no ice. obviously it had sat there for a while before i even ordered. tonight i got dinner for me and my son and this is the “medium fry” i was given. i try to avoid this location but i live in grafton now and sometimes it’s just worth the gamble. My daughter ordered 2 big Macs, but instead got fish sandwiches. I went back there to get the right order and the staff was apologetic and gave me the big Macs and 2 cards to use for a free combo meal whenever due to inconvenience. Very busy McDonalds, but they were full. The restaurant was very clean. Another McDonalds with the ice machine broke but lol. Did not get the name of the shift manager, but it was at 7:00 03/04/2022.
