Beautiful restaurant, factory and museum. We came in for lunch and the owner showed us around the factory and museum, which was very modern yet showed the traditional pasta making processes. Lunch was great, very tasty and fresh. They have an open kitchen where you can see your lunch being made! Pay parking spaces outside, though we came during a quiet day. View all feedback.
What yiyi L doesn't like about Pastificio Cuomo Bistrot:
One star for the nice service, another star for the excellent local wine. The pastas were too salty and not so tasty, but the price was even higher than that in Rome. Compared to that, I give them only two stars. Not recommended. : View all feedback.
