"My mother, aunt and I enjoyed this so much; we went back a second night in a row. The chowder was all of our favourites, the buns that Charters makes its absolutely phenomenal. Mother and I still drool about it to this day. The Creme Brulee was also to die for and the best I've had. I live in Victoria and keep trying to find a Brulee that rivals Charters. It's totally worth the reservations and the price."

"This place offers mainly chinese food along with burgers and sandwiches. Food is ok and the prices are half decent, BUT the restaurant itself is filthy so I suggest you don't look at your surroundings too closely before you eat."
