that is not an Italian food. it is a strange Spanish interpretation of Italian. the aromen worked as a kind of fusion kitchen and did not taste bad. as positiw the portions were huge. it seemed like the pasta was fresh, but a few days old. the calzone was more like a tex mex quesadilla two big tortillas with runny cheese sauce inside and a few ingredients blown up. read more.
