This is a modern restaurant which also seems to do decent takeaway business. Service was efficient rather than particularly friendly. Sashimi and sushi were up to par chicken in Japanese sauce was very good. View all feedback.
What Sherman3ts doesn't like about Shan Oriental:
I ordered my main course, the 1 Vegetarian option consisting of Fried rice with vegetables, it came out in bowl floating with oil, no flavouring, sauce or seasoning, literally a bowl of the most tasteless mush I’ve ever tasted. I ordered fries that came with so much salt they were inedible, and some curry sauce that tasted like cough medicine, and other reviews we correct, they don’t like serving you. In the top 5 of... Restaurante oriental en Las Chafiras. Cocina japonesa y china. Buen sushi. Servicio rápido, personal amable.
We had the red tuna, pork dumplings and salmon sushi and it was all delicious. Staff were lovely. We will definitely return.
We went in a group from laspalmas there, waiter was totally arrogant n unprofessional. Service very poor n irregular. Most important we ordered few veg dishes due to religious practice, one veg dish came with chicken we had already eaten half of it. We complained about it, there was not even an apology about it. WILL NEVER AGAIN GO THERE.
Customer of many years. always was very good, now it is still better. quality food and dishes, good service, exquisite treatment.
Four of us just had a fantastic meal!!! Thank you!! Sushi! Great ! Service great!!!!All in all it was fantastic! We will be there again soon!!
