What Gary Gudgel doesn't like about Miyako:
First place I have ever been in that literally gave me my check and kicked me out! We had a larger party and had a 530 reservation. The service was very slow, the sushi came out well after the rest of our meal. Almost done with our meal and they brought the check and she literally told my wife they had another large party waiting and really needed us to leave so they could clean the table. I’m sad because I was so excited to see a Japanese restaurant in Granbury. Dinner was okay but kitchen is slow took a long time to get our food half the table didn’t get their food when the first half got theirs. Checks came they took our payment and told us to leave because they had another group with a reservation that they needed to seat. I have never been give my check and told to basically get out. We will never be back.
This is one of my favorite places for sushi. Fat Tuesday roll and spicy pepper Tuna roll are my favorite. The seared pepper tuna is also delicious.
Sebastian is an excellent waiter! Food was hot, plentiful, and delicious! Everything we ordered was 5 !
Might be the only sushi restaurant in town but totally worth it. Food was amazing! The service was great too!
