Good service and good lunch. The welcome was great! Several choices of dishes on the menu and the prices are pretty much the same as elsewhere. The only disappointing thing about my plate was that I wish it was real bacon and not the microwave type (thin and stiff). I like that we can sit on benches and mid-bench/chair tables. Otherwise the rest was great! Lots of space near a window and not too far from old Granby.... View all feedback.
What Cassandra Laurendeau doesn't like about L'oeuf Fourchette:
I actually found they had great service for breakfast and brunch. However, I must admit my egg benedict was quiet watery, the potatoes were bland and the bacon was thin. Howevee, the frozen chai latté was a knockout, everyone whom tried it loved it, including me and my teenager. The service, honestly, wow! for a breakfast place. I've tried many. Must say, the waitress asked several times if everything/everyone was up... View all feedback.
There are no gluten-free meals. We can manage with yogurt with fruit, but no more. For service is to desired. If you want syrup. Well wait until you have a cop of syrup. So I'll put a 1/2 star, but I can't.Good day
Our #1 choice for family reunions. They have private rooms for groups by reservation. Sweet and/or savory lunches, there is something for everyone
Very good, the service too. I took an egg benedict, we should have a choice of one or two eggs. Two too many for some people
The service is much too fast, it's like being at Best Buy shopping for a TV and the salesman is blowing us in the neck every 3 steps. I barely opened the menu when I was asked 3 times if I had made a choice. They came to see us a dozen times during the meal to ask us if it was to our liking. Barely the last bite finished, no time to put down my fork that the table was already cleared. Within 5 minutes I received the bill, which was combined for both people I was never asked if that was what I wanted.Regarding the food. The smoothie is good but for the price you pay it is very basic. Something is missing. I have the impression that they only put the fruit in the blender or that their mixture is bland. Plus the fruit tastes frozen. The meats of the meal are excellent but the potatoes are without spices and without garnish. They taste like frozen McCain potatoes that have been quickly reheated before being served. They have no taste and the texture leaves something to be desired. It's not a bad place, but considering the many points I won't stay there again.
Very nice place. Clean, warm, fast service for a Friday. Me, who works in the kitchen, theirs is clean and neat. Fresh food.Dietary restrictions: Continue to cook fresh food. Hats off to the whole team in service and the kitchen.
