"I was looking for perogies that would make my daughter happy after a great day at the zoo. We found Bistro Kapzak on a google search, and arrived for an early supper. It was great weather so we sat outside on the terrace. The traffic...was bad, so the experience was entertaining but the exhaust was noticeable. My daughter was not interested in eating animals, so we asked for vegetarian options. Unfortunately that didn't include perogies, but the result was a nice combination of appetizers. My experience with polish food is hearty and delicious, but simple. The chef elevated my meal to fine dining. All the comfort of Polish flavours, but a beautiful presentation and a deconstructed elevation that was creative, delicious, and unique. I would highly recommend this place for great food, but maybe not my first choice with a picky kid and a vegetarian palate. I would send my carnivore brother there in a heartbeat though, and would happily return with an adult that loves great food. It is especially worth a drive in an electric car!"

"We stopped here to get some baked good and snacks for our trip back to Toronto. We got the rosemary foccacia bread, which was very good, the chocolate mandel Croissant was even better. We also tried the chocolate orange bread that was very good, but my favorite must be the feta onion herbal bread that is amazing. Definitely stop when in Granby try the bread selection they have, which is very good with many options."

"Best pizza in Granby! I'll admit there's no other real pizza option out here, but still this is the serious wood-oven delicious stuff. The crust is crispy right as it needs to be. The invredients are fresh and of the best quality. There's a great selection of more traditional but also original ones. I especially liked the casino: white sauce with pistachio, raisins and ham! Delicious! Never had anything like that"
