Grandpa Jimmy's Scottish Bakery & Tearoom

Although I did not dine in at this restaurant, I went to pick up some pastries which they offer in various varieties. The Dundee cake, Balmoral tarts, and Empire cookies were all delicious. It was definitely worth the drive.

Make a trek to this location as often as possible...their meat pies are superb and so tasty and all the baked goods are extremely tasty....grab a coffee/tea/cider and just relax....

My family have been ordering from Grandpa Jimmy's for all of our birthday celebrations for as long as a can remember- great pastries, pies and cakes. My parents really enjoy the meat pies as well!

Popped in on Friday afternoon and was delighted to find fresh cheese bread!! The bread was in fact so fresh we were doubtful it could be put through the slicer. With the staff's expertise: success! Absolutely delicious. Would also recommend any of their sausage rolls, cornies, meat pies and 2 of my favourites the bridies and beef rolls !! Can't wait til you are open daily! A lovely place for a tea or coffee and lunch or just treats. Thank you !
