"Typically this location kills it with customer service and drinks. However, today the 3 employees argued with each other over who (if at all) put flavor in my nutty buddy. Guess what, no flavor! Luckily I like a plain latte! They offered to add it after, no thanks. Where is the old crew??? I get it, first world problems, but we were the only customers and only had 2 drinks."

"What a terrible experience! I ordered DoorDash and my patty melt had parchment paper on it and my side of broccoli was sitting in a pool of water! My order didn't even come in a to-go bag. I talked to the manager, Carol, and she sounded like she could care less. Terrible food and customer service experience. I am not eating here again!!"

"So much more fun now that Nicole and Rhonda are there. Never made a point to come in until recently, and now it's a preferred destination. Food is good. Could splurge for better karaoke set up though, but they do pretty good on the space offered."
