The most polite McDonald's I have ever been to. Yeah prices are a little high, but it's worth it to have nice people serving us instead of rude people

"I left a review earlier today and wished to update it but it doesn’t appear to be on this page. Yesterday we had reservations for lunch. Our waiter was delightful, service was great. My husband had the Navajo Taco and he says it was excellent. Unfortunately I had the chef’s special, lobster roll and it gave me “exorcist” food poisoning. I called the restaurant manager this morning and was sent to an answering machine, I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. I’m surprised a restaurant of this purported reputation doesn’t practice better kitchen sanitation habits. I’m quite disappointed."

"We were here for breakfast today, I wish I knew her yesterday. We ordered two custom breakfast sandwiches . We had tons of options from bread to dressing. It was really great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She gave us many useful information about Grand Canyon. You give us a discount voucher for National Geography Show . We had a plan to go back for lunch, once from the Grand Canyon came unfortunately they were closed, probably because of New Year eve ."

"The overall atmosphere is very nice, and accessibility and parking are easy. Historically valuable photos and items are displayed on one side of the hotel... very interesting. It is close to several trekking courses, making it convenient for activities.(Small drawback: I could hear snoring from the room next to the room. )Rooms: I could hear snoring from the room next to the guest room."

"We booked a bike rental for 10 am but came earlier at 8 am, staff was very helpful and accommodating! We biked down to Hermit’s Rest and took the shuttle back, took 4 hours."
