Panera Bread - Grand Forks

Delicious food. Only reason that I don't give 5/5 is that they moved the charged lemonade behind the counter.

I tried ordering on their iPad but I didn’t realize it was debit/credit only so I instead took a picture of my final order and showed it to the lady working the cashier. She was very nice and helpful but she gave me an extra piece of baguette instead of the chips I asked for. Other than that, the food came quickly and it was good.

Great menu, however, it was good that there was a staff member there who explained it to us. The menu can be complicated depending on what you want to order. My tuna salad sandwich could have used twice as much tuna salad. The French onion soup should be saltier, more cheese and croutons. Otherwise it's just onion soup. It was alright. Bottomless drinks with a nice selection was a nice touch.

We have been there several times since you opened, however today the lady on the till did not get our order correct. We wanted a sandwich which was very good and a cup of soup was good but looking at the menu we wanted a cup of soup......our first bill was nearly 60+ until I questioned the bill. I pushed back and got still the order wrong.....we should have walked away.......

Order was missing half a sandwich. By the time we realized, we were 20 minutes away. Food was good but that can’t really balance out for a missing item we paid for.
