The drive thru has a new order station where you type in your order on your own along with payment, it was confusing as I had a coupon and was paying cash. Cathy is the worst manager at any establishment I have ever witnessed. we recorded our entire experience due to her cussing us out on the phone. we were promised a refund then she denied us then wouldn't take the wrong food and give us the right one and told us her guys never make any wrong decisions. we had to plead and plead for the food we ordered. it was a fight to get her to even comply I hope someone takes over...
