I had mixed feelings about my experience at the restaurant. The food was decent, but I had doubts about the speed of service. The food was delicious as usual. Otherwise I would have got a star. The restaurant was less than 50% capacity at 2:30 a.m. and we were told that 15-30 minutes wait as others were told an hour, but the hostess would not take our name, but I can remember you! The food as always was fantastic. Gotta love lobster and shrimp. Service was lacking. Not once did my waitress check on me or refill my drink. I still gave them five stars.
They were very busy we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated the waitress kind and checked back often to refill our drinks. I was with my niece's and nephews celebrating my oldest nephews birthday. We had a great time
We just had a delicious meal. Amanda was our server and absolutely wonderful. She was the best waitress I've ever had. I watched as she worked her but off. Give this young lady a raise! She wks hard for the money
Never a bad meal here at Red Lobster, Grand Island NE. I go for the Lobster Fest...Dueling Lobsters; Hubs likes the Fish and Chips! One of these days gonna try desserts and appetizers....Great staff, always friendly and professional. The Strawberry Lemonade rounds out my meal...refreshing!
I recently had dinner with a friend at Red Lobster and our meal was marvelous! The CGM Chase was a spectacular and our favorite cook! Our server was nice and we enjoyed our experience 10/10 would recommend!!
