I have been multiple times recently and have been given the wrong order. Not that they gave me someone else 's order, or misheard me, but heard what I asked for and autocorrected me and input something else similar but not what I asked for. When I confronted them about this once, they told me to make sure to specify when I order but I literally asked for one thing and they decided to give me something else. read more.
