when someone goes to grand manan this summer, this is a large small food truck in seal cove, not far north of the bridge. isla cocina serves Mexican food and burger, with several vegetarian products, and they can easily accommodate vegans. vegan eating is very close to grand manan, so this is a wonderful supplement to the island.
