Had a lovely evening at the Harbor House for dinner. Service and food were terrific with beautiful views to compliment. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had the walleye and the whitefish entrees. Superb. Talk about it for 2 days. The top shelf diner of that town.

"After eating mostly greasy diner food on the north bank, we stopped because of the amazing salad pictures. Wow. You didn't disappoint. Fish of the day was fresh sea trout, paired with an incredible mustard dressing and humble fresh green salad. The outdoor seats were clean and breezy, the perfect place drinks a pot of tea while we waited for the food to come. There is an automatic 20% freeness added to all orders, so we do not need to type in addition. The staff was great and friendly, and one of the few places where the masks were still worn by the workers in the interior."

"I was seated immediately on a stormy October evening. The Cheese Curds were perfect! The raspberry chipotle BBQ dipping sauce is my new favorite Thai Chicken tacos were also very good. The host and my server were both friendly and my food was served within minutes. I will definitely come back here."

"Nice little place. Only enough tables to not be overcrowded. Service was great and the food was very good. Great location too. Enjoy a nice lunch and walk from the dining room at Lake Superior. We had a good experience."

"We have been hearing about Sven and Oles and were so excited to be able to try it. We ordered The Original Hand-Tossed Pizza with Italian Sausage, Onion and green pepper. It was delicious! We enjoyed the charming environment. We noticed that everyone there seemed to be having a good time. The staff were friendly. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Grand Marais."

"We stopped by here on a rainy day to grab some pizzas. My husband and I got got a Pepperoni with mushroom and red onions and it was absolutely delicious. My 3 year old loved it even. The crust was flaky and the perfect thickness. I will recommend to anyone to pop by here for some pizza and a beautiful view of the water. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the workers blocked the path inside talking to 2 people I'm guessing were friends and even though I said excuse me twice I ended up just having to go back outside. Pizza was well worth it though!"
